2018's 8 Most Loved DC Rooftop Bars On NativX

We dug through our data and used a little bit of black magic to throw together a list of 8 of the most hyped DC rooftop bars on NativX. There were some that surprised us and some that made a late run to the top.

There is one thing we know for sure though. We've already chalked these down to visit!

The NativX 2018 DC Rooftop List

1) POV

515 15th St NW, Washington, DC 20004

Pro Tip:

As one DC Native puts it, "If you love America, you love POV Rooftop." POV was the most saved rooftop bar in NativX by a long shot, and there's a reason. It offers some of the best views in the city.

2) Jack Rose Dining Saloon

2007 18 St NW, Washington, DC 20009

Pro Tip

Talk about some classy rooftop drinking! Jack Rose is a great spot to take some visiting friends. DC locals love the tropical atmosphere at this awesome rooftop. Make sure to get one of the tropical cocktails.

3) Roofers Union

2446 18 St NW, Washington, DC 20009

Pro Tip

DC Native @samantha says, "Amazing dinner food and also a nice lower-key spot to go out at night. Right in the middle of AdMo." Sometimes you just need a rooftop where you can relax and enjoy the fresh air. Roofer's Union is it!

4) Biergarten Haus

1355 H St NE, Washington, DC 20002

Pro Tip:

We're huge fans of beer gardens and this is definitely one of our favorites. They have a bunch of specials throughout the week, but here's some insider info: if you bring your pup on Wednesday, you get the happy hour specials all night!

5) Sauf Haus Beer Hall

1216 18 St NW, Washington, DC 20036

Pro Tip:

Great German beers on tap and even better pretzels! This is the perfect place to grab the crew and have an absolute go! Keep an eye out for events they throw; they're a hell of a time.

6) The Observatory

1075 Thomas Jefferson St NW, Washington, DC 20007

Pro Tip:

The Observatory has some stellar views of Georgetown. Head here if you want to get a quality cocktail. DC Native's rave about the cucumber mule.

7) Bar Deco

717 6th St NW, Washington, DC 20001

Pro Tip:

This is a hot spot to hit before the before the big games. They specialize in Frozen Rose and have a great local brew selection. Make sure to eat before, food is limited.

8) Nooshi

1120 19th St NW, Washington, DC 20036

Pro Tip:

You go to Nooshi for one reason and one reason only: Sake Bombs. Screaming out "sake" is the norm here. Oh, and their sushi is pretty damn good too.
