With 2017 wrapping up and 2018 upon us, we felt it was a good time to reflect on the year and share with our readers the hot spots in each city according to the NativX family. NativX's Most Saved Philly Date Spots in 2017

1) The Dandelion

124 S 18th St, Philadelphia, PA 19103

Pro Tip:

A True Stephen Starr gem (per usual with him!). The traditional English dishes, cute feel, and great beer list will make this one of your favorite restaurants in Philly.

2) Tinto

114 S 20th St, Philadelphia, PA 19103

Pro Tip:

Tapas style is perfect for dates so you can share with your better half. Some of the favorite dishes are the sea bass and octopus. Grab a seat by the window if you're lucky enough and you're in for a great date.

3) Ranstead Room

Pro Tip

This "secret" spot is perfect for the the cocktail lovers. Philly Native, Ben said "Philly has several great speakeasies, but this is one of my personal favorites. It can be tough to find your first time and there's usually a bit of a line, but it's worth it. Great for a quiet date night."

4) Sampan

124 S 13th St, Philadelphia, PA 1910

Pro Tip:

Very trendy spot with awesome drinks and small plates. Highly recommend the General Tso Soup Dumplings, one of the best dishes that Philly Natives rave about. Poke a hole in the top and let it cool first though or you're in for a rude awakening.

5) Gran Caffe L'Aquila

1716 Chestnut St, Philadelphia, PA 1910

Pro Tip:

Don't be intimidated by the size of the menu (it's never ending). The servers are extremely helpful and will walk you through it and answer any questions you have. Do your best to save room for gelato and espresso for dessert. It's all homemade!

6) Dmitri's

944 N 2nd St, Philadelphia, PA 19123

Pro Tip:

Amazing Mediterranean food with a very fresh seafood selection. You'll love the nice quiet vibe. Get there early as the line can build (the secret is out about this place).

7) Barcelona Wine Bar Passyunk

1709 E Passyunk Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19148

Pro Tip:

The cozy atmosphere sets the scene for the perfect date night. It's even a good first date place in case there's an awkward pause (we've all been there) because the all the artwork on the walls makes for a great convo starter.
